Collecting data

How do we do that and how long is the data kept?

Personal data

BMW Performance Car Club grants to its affiliated umbrella club namely BMW Club Netherlands the first and last name of their members to personalize the annual club passes. These will be placed on the back of the club pass and will be issued to the rightful person. BMW Club Netherlands uses the services of third parties, so-called processors, to process the data on the passes. They have a processing agreement with the processor whereby the personal data supplied will be destroyed after processing.
